Recent work
Monthly scorecard for a 13-location medical practice
Every month the practice's executive board gets a scorecard showing charges, payments, collections and unpaid balances across all of its offices. The billing team used to put it together by hand in Excel from a stack of billing reports.
Now the whole process is fully automated. The numbers are pulled from the billing system's reporting database, and the scorecard is ready on the first workday of the month.

StackForge is my business, based in Cullman. When you call, you reach me, the same person who sets up your systems and knows how your office runs.
I build and run reporting and systems for a 13-location medical practice in central Alabama, so I know what billing systems, month-end close and HIPAA look like from the inside. I bring the same care to every office I work with, whether it's a clinic or a shop on Main Street.
